Clooney's film on ZFF |
| In competition for the best feature film, ZFF will present a new film by George Clooney the director. The film Good Night and Good Luck witnesses to the beginnings of electronic media journalism and tells a story of the actual conflict between TV journalist Edward R. Murrow and powerful senator Joseph McCarthy and the Permanent Sub-committee on Investigations (Government Operations Committee). The film premiered at Venice Film Festival in 2005, where it received six awards. |
