1.0. PRESS SERVICE

1.1. Press Service Protocol
Zagreb Film Festival Press Service is available to the media for all information about the Festival.

Press Service facilitates setting up of interviews with festival guests.

Press Service is in charge of ZFF press material and festival programs – photographs and visuals, movie clips for the Internet and TV crews, audio material and web banners.

1.2. Press Centre
Press Centre will be located at SC Gallery from Sunday, October 21st till Saturday, October 27th, 2007.

Press Centre official hours are 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

All relevant information about the entire program of the Festival, as well as press material for individual screenings provided by distributors and producers, are available at the Press Centre.

Press accreditations will be provided by the Press Centre.

In our Press Centre we'll host daily hangouts and interviews with guests to announce the program of the following day. These gatherings are scheduled at 1 p.m. every day.

Prescheduled interviews with guests will take place in the Press Centre.

A form enabling reporters to apply for interviews with festival guests is available online here or it can be requested at the Press Centre desk.

Public Relations Officer will be available to reporters daily and for a whole week following the festival.

1.3. Accreditations
Application forms for press accreditations can be submitted online on the Festival web site from October 4th until October 18th 2007, 12:00 hours. Press accreditations can be requested from our Public Relations Officer only. Press Service will inform the applicant whether his/her accreditation has been granted.

Note: Applying does not guarantee that the accreditation will be granted!

In case internet is unavailable to you, requests for accreditations can be submitted via facsimile as well. For all additional questions the press is advised to contact the Press Service.

The official press accreditations can be picked up in the Press Centre starting from the first day of the Festival, October 21st, 2007.

Note for TV crews: Technical support teams (camera and sound, coordinators...) will not be accredited. Technical teams accompanying a journalist/reporter have access to all locations as the accredited journalist/reporter.

Notice: malpractices will entail accreditation withdrawal!

1.4. Requests for interviews with Festival guests
Requests for interviews can be submitted online and faxed, mailed or handed over at the Press Centre desk.

Public Relations Officer will contact the requestor as soon as possible.

Note: Request submitting does not grant an interview!

Written requests will be given priority over verbal requests.

Press representatives will be granted brief guest statements before and after screenings at SC Cinema without prior notice.

1.5. Press Conferences (hangouts and interviews)
This year we have decided to drop our standard press conferences in favor of hangouts with festival guests and press representatives. Hangouts and interviews with directors, film crew and authors will be organized at the Press Centre daily, at 13.00 hours. Individual short statements can be obtained there or immediately after the end of the session.

1.6. Photo Gallery and Distribution of Photographs
Throughout the Festival our official photographers will place high resolution photographs on our web pages. The photographs are available as text supplements.

Please kindly note photographer's name and surname upon publishing of ZFF archive photographs as source reference in the form name and surname (ZFF).

Our pages will also contain high resolution photographs of movie scenes as well as links to the official movie web site.

In addition to press materials, all accredited reporters will receive CDs containing all ZFF program related photographs.

For additional photo material please contact the Press Service.

Audio records from press conferences, hangouts and presentations will be available on our web pages daily, in mp3 format.
